By using our app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the App on iPhone and MacBook platforms (collectively referred to as "Apple Platforms").

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

2. Restrictions

• Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or its content without prior written permission.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Interfere with the operation of the App or bypass any security measures implemented in the App.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID and any information used to access the App. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruptions in service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms in the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for violating these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
