Binding Arbitration Clause: This End User Agreement for the Printly App includes a mandatory arbitration provision, which legally requires that disputes arising from your use of Printly App services be resolved through binding arbitration. This includes a waiver of jury trials and class actions, significantly affecting your legal rights. Please review Section 14 of this Agreement thoroughly before acceptance.
Agreement Overview: This document, including any addenda, order forms, exhibits, schedules, appendices, and amendments, collectively referred to as the “Agreement,” constitutes a legally binding contract between you (“you” or “your”) and the entity you represent, and Printly App and its affiliates (“we,” “our,” or “us”). The Agreement governs your use of our websites, mobile applications, products, services, software, and accompanying documentation (collectively, “Services”).

Acceptance of Terms:
By activating, using, or accessing the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal majority in your jurisdiction, possess the authority to enter into binding contracts, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Services.
Amendments to the Agreement:
We may modify this Agreement at any time to reflect changes in the law or our Services. Review this Agreement regularly. Changes will be marked by updating the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Agreement. If you disagree with the modifications, your only recourse is to stop using the Services.
Duration and Termination:
– Subscription Types: Subscriptions to Printly App Pro can be monthly, annually, or lifetime, based on your selection.
– Trial and Renewal: we grant you full access to main features for three documents to any users who download our application which is available at store. Post-trial, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your iTunes account settings.
– Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription by disabling automatic renewal in your iTunes account settings at least 24 hours before your subscription ends.
Refund Policy:
Refunds for in-app purchases can be requested through Apple Support (https://getsupport.apple.com/). Refund processing times may vary, and we do not control third-party payment processor refund policies.
Taxes and Additional Fees:
You are responsible for all applicable taxes and third-party fees associated with your purchase and use of our Services.
Electronic Agreements and Communications:
By using Printly App, you consent to transact and receive all communications electronically, unless specified otherwise. The hardware and software requirements for accessing electronic disclosures include internet access, an email account, and a compatible web browser.
Content Ownership and User Content:
– Intellectual Property: Except as expressly stated, no rights in patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or other intellectual properties are granted. These rights are reserved by Printly App.
– User Content: By uploading content, you grant Printly App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content. You are responsible for the content and its sharing settings.
Privacy:
Your use of our Services is also governed by the Printly App Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. Please review it carefully.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement represents the complete agreement between you and Printly App regarding your use of the Services. Any prior agreements, discussions, or representations are superseded by this document.
